Amsterdam for Corporate Groups: The Cultural Programme Beyond the Hotel
Amsterdam is the most visited city in Europe for corporate events and one of the most frequently cited as disappointing by incentive buyers who have been there more than once. The source of the disappointment is not the city — it is the programme formula that has accumulated around it: the canal boat dinner, the Heineken Experience, the Keukenhof day trip, the gala dinner in a warehouse with a DJ.

What a Corporate Group Actually Remembers
The incentive travel industry has spent considerable energy on the wrong question. The question most incentive briefs are structured around — "how do we design a programme that the participants will enjoy?" — is not the wrong question, but it is not the primary one.

Beyond the Trade Fair: Germany as an Incentive Destination
Germany receives more MICE visitors than any other country in Europe. The vast majority of them attend conferences, congresses, and trade fairs. The Frankfurt Messe, the Messe München, the Berlin Exhibition Grounds — these are the venues that define Germany's international MICE identity, and they are extraordinary for what they do.

Why Italian Incentive Travel Almost Always Underdelivers
The standard Italian incentive programme is built around three elements: accommodation at a marquee property (a five-star hotel in Florence, a converted masseria, a cliff-side villa on the Amalfi Coast), a curated activity programme (cooking class, wine tasting, boat excursion, city tour), and a gala dinner in a photographically significant setting.
