Atrani is located a few kilometers east of Amalfi, one of the main towns on the Amalfi Coast. Its location in a small inlet between the mountains and the sea offers breathtaking views and a quiet, intimate atmosphere. Its historic center is characterized by narrow paved alleys, stone stairways and colorful little houses decorated with flowers and plants. The narrow streets intersect each other, creating a fascinating maze that leads to small squares and panoramic terraces.

Atrani's main square, named after Umberto I, is the beating heart of the village. Surrounded by historic buildings and the parish church of Santa Maria Maddalena, this square is a meeting place for residents and visitors. The parish church of Santa Maria Maddalena is an architectural jewel of Atrani. Built in the 10th century, it features a Romanesque bell tower and an interior decorated with frescoes and sacred artwork.

Atrani boasts a small but charming pebble beach, hidden among the cliffs and reached through a tunnel under the village's houses. This beach offers a quiet and picturesque retreat to relax and enjoy the sea.

The village is famous for its traditional festivals, including the procession of Sant'Andrea, the village's patron saint, held on June 27. During this festival, the streets of Atrani are filled with colors, music and celebrations, creating a festive and engaging atmosphere.

Atrani is a hidden gem of the Amalfi Coast, a place where time seems to stand still and where visitors can immerse themselves in the authentic beauty and unique atmosphere of this charming seaside village.
