Private hike to the Path of the Gods

The Sentiero degli Dei, also known as the "Path of the Gods", is one of the most famous and scenic trails on the Amalfi Coast. This hiking trail offers spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, cliffs, coastal villages, and surrounding mountain peaks.

The Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) stretches for about 7.8 kilometers between the villages of Bomerano, a hamlet of Agerola, and Nocelle, a town located above Positano. Choosing the route from Agerola to Nocelle allows for the breathtaking views that open up in front of those making the journey.

Along the way, walkers will be treated to spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast. The trail follows the ridge of mountains, allowing views of sheer cliffs overlooking the sea, terraced citrus groves, villages overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, and the island of Capri on the horizon. The route offers various climbs and descents, often via steps and well-maintained paths. Some sections can be challenging, but the effort is amply rewarded by the breathtaking views and immersive experience in nature.

During the Path of the Gods, walkers may encounter a number of points of interest, including the "Grotta Biscotto," a natural cave, and the "Sella dei Due Golfi," a vantage point offering exceptional views of the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Along the way, the official guide will provide  informations on local flora, fauna and history.
