Private hike to Capri

The walk begins from the port of Marina Grande by taking the historic funicular that leads to Capri's famous Piazzetta (which can also be reached on request on foot via a pleasant flight of steps that starts from behind the fountain at the port).

From this point starts our walk through the island's less touristy little streets, delving into the heart of the Mediterranean maquis, with views of breathtaking panoramas, the incredible blue of the sea, the Natural Arch, the Grotto of Matermania, the Faraglioni, reaching the viewpoint of Punta Tragara. After this stage, we return to the Piazzetta by walking along Via Cammarelle, and offer participants some free time. The excursion ends with a descent to the port of Marina Grande.

For history aficionados, a hike to Villa Jovis, the Roman villa of Emperor Tiberius, offers panoramic views of the coast and the island of Ischia. The path to the villa can be a bit challenging, but the history and views make up for the efforts.

Sentiero dei Fortini: This trail connects the Piazzetta di Capri to the Punta Carena lighthouse, offering panoramic views and passing through old military forts. It is an option that combines the natural beauty of the island with its history.

Gardens of Augustus: Hikers can visit the Gardens of Augustus, a charming garden complex with panoramic views of the Charterhouse of San Giacomo and the bay of Marina Piccola. The trail through the gardens offers a peaceful and relaxing experience.
