Exclusive Guided tour at a family run Mozzarella Cheese Producer on the Amalfi Coast.
You will enjoy a customised tour of the factory and learn about the process of making mozzarella.
You’ll be invited into the facility, see the authentic mozzarella cheese production and learn about the production from milk to the final freshly produced mozzarella.
Upon conclusion of the demonstration process, you will continue to fully enjoy your experience making hands on your own fresh mozzarella cheese being assisted by a local cheese maker.
